Coburn, Gladys Marie, a 69 year resident of the South Bay, passed away on Thursday, May 31, 2012 in Carson. Born in Deluth, Minnesota, Gladys was 82 when she died. She graduated from Redondo Union High School. was an avid square dancer and an excellent seamstress.
Gladys is survived by her husband of 63 years, Jack Coburn of Carson, CA; four children: Craig Coburn of Kernville, CA; David Coburn of Kingman, AZ; Barbara (Ken) LaCoste of Sweet Home, OR; Laura (Jon) Barber of Modesto, CA; six grandchildren, five great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Laura Gooler.
