Abeyta, Guadalupe Maria, a 78 year resident of Redondo Beach, passed away on Tuesday, March 25, 2008 in Torrance. Born in Redondo Beach, CA, Guadalupe was 78 when she died. Guadalupe was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church and employed by The R.B. US Postal Services for 37 years.
She is survived by Granddaughter, Lydia Padilla of Redondo Beach, CA. Preceded in death by Husband Benjamin M Abeyta, And Son Vincent Larry Abeyta, Father, Augostin Fernandez, Mother, Dolores Fernandez. A gathering of family & friends will be held at Rice Mortuary Chapel on Monday, March 31, 2008 from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. with a Vigil Service at 7:00 P.M. The funeral Mass will be held at St. Lawrence Martyr Church on Tuesday, April 1, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. Burial will follow at Pacific Crest Cemetery in Redondo Beach. A reception will follow in Rice's Lighthouse Reception Room from 12:30 P.M. until 2:30 P.M.
