

Jean Anne Jolliffe Trevillyan of Torrance peacefully passed away in her sleep May 20, 2012 while visiting family in Virginia. She was the beloved wife of the late Edwin Jenkins Trevillyan. She was also preceded in death by her son Teddy; her parents Ted and Anne Jolliffe; her three brothers Ted, Joel and Richard; and Susie Jolliffe. She is survived by her children: Linda (Trey) Lyell of Richmond, VA; Ed (Christine) Trevillyan of Charleston, SC; Anne (Dennis) McCormick of Manhattan Beach, CA; Angie (Damien) Watters of Torrance, CA; and Debbie (Jim) Orband of Yorktown, VA; her 14 grandchildren Tara, Jordan, Shannon, Damien, Katie, Annie, Austin, Nick, Ian, Olivia, Pearce, Christy, Tony, and Laura, and an assortment of grandpets. She was born on May 12, 1936 in Dickinson, North Dakota. A long-time resident of Los Angeles, she had resided in both Arizona and Virginia. She was a graduate of St. Mary's Academy in Los Angeles, the class of 1953 (a green tie). A favorite Aunt to many nieces and nephews, and a regular companion to many friends at many local favorite restaurants. She was also an active volunteer at the Pregnancy Help Center in Torrance, CA. A rosary and mass will be Saturday, May 26, 2012 11:00 a.m. at American Martyrs Church, 624 15th Street, Manhattan Beach. Burial following at Holy Cross Cemetery, Culver City. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in her memory to the Pregnancy Help Center, 1311 Crenshaw Blvd, Suite A, Torrance, CA 90501. She will be forever missed.
