John Roy Vansickle, 78, passed away peacefully at the Lomita Care Center in Lomita, CA, on April 11, 2014. John was a lifelong resident of the South Bay and worked for Northrop Aircraft Corp. for 28 years after graduating from Purdue University. John will be laid to rest at Washington Memorial Park in his hometown of Indianapolis, IN, on April 17.
