Joseph Frederick Carter

Joseph F Carter was born in Omaha, Nebraska to Joseph and Sophie Suhajda on March 31, 1934. He spent his early years growing up on his family's farm, where he learned the true value of hard work and the urge to become successful. Later, he moved to Southern California with his parents and aunt. In California, Joe took real joy fixing and restoring classic cars. Joe then married the love of his life and best friend, Emily A Carter on July 21, 1956 in Inglewood, California. They were married for 60 years. They had two wonderful kids, Joseph and Lorrie Carter. Mr. Carter managed the Department of Transportation at TRW for over 30 years. Here, he made long lasting friendships that would bring him great joy throughout the years.

Joseph F Carter is survived by Emily A Carter (Wife); Joseph F Carter Jr (Son); Michael E Morales (Grandson); Joseph C Carter (Grandson); Ayla L Morales (Great Granddaughter); Brodi J McNulty (Great Grandson) and Violet E Morales (Great Granddaughter).

Pallbearers will be Joseph F Carter, Michael E Morales, Joseph C Carter, Steven Gray, Ed Maciel, Michael R Lathrop, and Daniel Dube.
