Linda M. Henderson

Linda Henderson, born on Easter Sunday, March 28, 1948 in Cleveland, Ohio passed away on November 16, 2004 at home surrounded by many family and friends that were touched by her love of life and openness of her heart. Linda grew up in the South Bay and lived most of her life there close to her family and friends. She was most recently employed by LAPD-911 Communications which she loved.

She was touched by the hundreds of people she let into her life as they let her into theirs. She led her life with her heart and it took her to wonderful places. Many people feel lucky to have known her and been touched by the heat of her life.

She is predeceased by her father Alfred Seiple, who she dearly loved. Linda is survived by her mother, Eileen Seiple of Palm Desert, daughters, Denice (Rickie) Gaunt and Devin (Rick) Jones and her much loved grandchildren, Mavrick and Chasen Gaunt, and Katey and Jake Jones all of Torrance. She is also survived by her long time companion R.J. Alva of Harbor City and her best friend in life Cindy Blount of Lomita, and sister Maureen FitzGerald of Palm Desert and brother, Jim Seiple of Torrance.

Memorial Services will be held at 10:00A.M. Monday, November 22, 2004 at St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Redondo Beach. Donations may be made in her name to the American Cancer Society, Lung Cancer Research at 800-227-2345.
