Dear Margaret Dean and family,     We were shocked to learn of the passing of Lorraine.  Over the years, we may have lost touch, but we have thought of you and yours often.  Our thoughts and prayers are with you and we wish you all well.  Greg also sends his condolences and was quite saddened.  We know that in her career as a caregiver in the health field, that Lorraine surely was a comfort to many of her patients just by her beautiful smile and fantastic personality. Lori.....I know you are looking down on us and smiling, remembering all the "roomies" of NOL, the joy we gave each other, the shoulders when one of us needed to cry. You are missed so much, and I know that someday we will meet again, this time for real. Godspeed, dear Lori.   To Lori\'s family, my deepest sympathy. You are all in my prayers.

Lori ... It doesn\'t seem like it was all that long ago that we met each other for the first time at the Monorail Cafe at Disneyland, before rooming together for our first CA NOL Party in Sacramento.  Since that day in 1997, we have roomed & have attended several events together.  We\'ve even spent time with each other\'s family & friends, getting to know "the real roomie" outside of NOL.  You have truly touched my life & the lives of those close to me.  Your smile & energenic personality (with a little sass & dry humor thrown in to even things out) will forever be remembered fondly & with a smile.  I know that we will see each other one day.  Until then, I\'ll think of you whenever I feel a light rain on my shoulder, as if it\'s your "humorous" way of saying "Hey Morphie! It\'s me, RaineDrps, checking in!"      To Lori\'s Family ... Your daughter, sister & aunt will be missed dearly by those who have had the privilege to know her, both in person & online.  My thoughts & prayers are with you during this time of grief.  Knowing that she is with Our Father in Heaven now hopefully will ease some of your sorrow.  May God be with you.

Such a beautiful, wonderful and special friend. God have mercy on us all for the lack of her presence in our lives, but I for one, am grateful knowing she\'ll always be watching over us all. She is dearly missed and loved, and always will be.

I had the pleasure of first meeting Lori online in the chatroom Nurses Online. What a sense of humor! Always ready with a comeback, with a stinging remark for the idiots, with a shoulder to cry on, with a word of wisdom from her nursing career. Then I had the even greater pleasure of meeting Lori in person when she attended my Ohio NOL parties. Teaching us to line dance, mugging for the camera, just being her usual loving, giving self. To Lori\'s mom: you raised a wonderful, loving daughter. Be proud of her, proud of yourself, proud of the way she touched so many lives, as a nurse, a friend, a chat partner, and so many things.   Lori, keep that loft neat and clean for us, fire up the hottub, and dont forget the Mr Bubble! We\'ll see you again, on that you can depend.  {S JAMMY} Raine, love ya girl!

I want to extend my sympathies to Raines Family,   We went on a Cruise together a few years ago with a few other nurses from the NOL Chat room and laughed from day1 until it was over. I remember her telling me about her snorkeling experience and how much she liked it. We sat in the Piano bar almost every night,she will be missed.She also did a great job on the NOL web page. What a saddening loss.  Lori had a wonderful smile and a great sense of humor and more than her share of compassion.  I hate to think that I took for granted that some people would just always be in my life, anytime I wanted to pop back into the picture.  I remember plenty of times she listened to me and gave her advice, never judging me.  I also remember laughing a lot!  Lori, you truly will be missed.

I was very saddened to hear of Raine\'s passing.  She was a very special lady, and will be missed by many.  My prayers go out to those she left behind.  She is at peace.

Lori..I am so glad to have known you.  That first CA NOL party in Sacramento is a fond memory for me.  I will miss you and you\'re great sense of humor!

Everytime I see a butterfly I\'ll know its Lori.  She flys freely now.

The NOL party in Atlanta, my first and only Atlanta Braves baseball game we attended, the hunt for the lost rental car in the parking lot, cause yours was not the only one that size and color.  The train ride around Stone Mountain.    To the family, your daughter, sister, and aunt, was a wonderful lady who brought many a smile to those around her.

I would like to extend my deepest condolensences to Lori\'s family. I knew her from the nursesonline chat room. Although I never had the pleasure of meeting her I always enjoyed chatting with her in the chatroom. She was a very kind and sweet lady. I am so sadenned to hear of her passing. My sympathy goes out to her family.
