He was born on January 2, 1958 in the Malabago barangay of Calasiao, Pangasinan, Philippines. He graduated from National University with a degree in architecture. He worked as an architect and general contractor. His passions included gardening, traveling, home improvement projects, and cooking. He was warm, generous, and kind.
He is survived by his wife, Corazon, his three children, Marlo, Jared and Jonas, his daughter-in-law, Elana, and his granddaughter, Evelyn Maxine.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in Maximino’s memory to the American Red Cross.
The Visitation will be held at Lighthouse Memorials & Receptions, Rice Center, located at 5310 Torrance Blvd, Torrance, California, on November 21, 2025, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, with the Rosary at 5:00 pm, Blessing by the Priest at 5:30 pm, and Eulogies at 6:00 pm.
The Funeral Mass will take place at Nativity Catholic Church Torrance, 1447 Engracia Ave, Torrance, California, on November 22, 2025, starting at 10:00 am.
The committal will follow at Green Hills Memorial Park, 27501 S Western Ave, Rancho Palos Verdes, California at 12:00 pm.
