Ronald was born in Illinois and raised in Spencer Iowa. During his teenage years he moved with his parents to California where his parents worked in the shipyard during the war. Ronald joined the State National Guard for a short time until the war ended. He later moved back to Iowa where he married his first wife Darlene. They moved back to California and had 3 children. Ronald was working for the Aerospace industry as a tool designer and attending college at night. Several years later Ronald divorced as he was moving up in his career.
in 1964 Ronald married the love of his life, Angela Conlon, and they remained married until Angela’s passing in January 2019. Together they cultivated a wonderful blended family that included their closest friends as well. Our greatest comfort is knowing that Mom and Dad are together again.
The impressive legacy Ronald leaves behind includes his 6 children, 14 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, his younger brother, nieces, nephews and daughters and sons-in-law.
Te quierro mucho, until we meet again. We love you Dad.
