Veronica Lynn Enriquez

A 33 year resident of Redondo Beach, CA. Passed away on June 28, 2008. Born in Redondo Beach, Veronica was 33 when she died. She was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, in Hermosa Beach, CA.

Most recently, Veronica worked as a Counselor/Social Worker at Harbor Regional Center in Torrance, CA. Prior to that, she worked as a Substitute Teacher for the Redondo Beach Unified School District.

Her interests were travel, camping, music concerts, reading, dancing and meeting new people (she was very much a "people person"). She also enjoyed hiking, and supporting her favorite band -- Ozomatli.

Civic activities include AIDS Walk, attending Immigration rallies, Adopt-A-Family and Feral Feline Rescue. Her Passions were her family, friends, Ozomatli and environmental causes.

She was a fan of Ozomatli, B-Side Players and her little feline friends.

Veronica is survived by her mother, Maria Enriquez of Redondo Beach, CA. Her two brothers: Rick Enriquez of Redondo Beach, and Rob Enriquez of Long Beach, CA. Her sister-in-law, Michelle Enriquez, nieces Alyssa and Alexis Enriquez, and Nephew, Diego Enriquez of Long Beach, CA; as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins, and friends across the world.

A Rosary will be held on Thursday, July 10, 2008 at 7PM at St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Redondo Beach, CA.

The funeral Mass will be held on Friday, July 11, 2008 at 10AM at St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Redondo Beach, CA. Burial will follow the mass at Pacific Crest Cemetery in Redondo Beach, CA.
