

Carole Lynn Savage, age 73, of Williamsburg, formerly of Alden, passed away Monday, April 28, 2014 at home with her loving children by her side. Carole was born April 20, 1941 in Alden to James and Hazel (Peck) Gee who precede her in death.
Carole was salutatorian at Mancelona High School her senior year.
She loved to dance, boat, camp, and swim. She enjoyed playing bingo and going to the casino, but most of all she loved to spend time with her family and friends. Carole was a devoted and family oriented person. Her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren were her pride and joy.
She is survived by her children Todd (Wendy) Savage of Alden, Joanie (Mike) Tress of Williamsburg, and Rob (Tonia) Savage of Williamsburg; grandchildren: Amy Savage and fiancée Kiel, Ryan (Tessa) Savage, Brian Pascoe and fiancée Tonya, Brittney Pascoe, Eric Savage, Josh Tress and fiancée Nikkie, Nicki (Coye) Williams, Jonathon Savage, and Emiley Savage; Eight Great grandchildren with one on the way in July; sister Darlene (Earl) Paige of Alden, Brother James (Marsha) Gee of Grand Rapids, many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Carole touched so many lives with her infectious personality, kind heart, and love for life. She will be greatly missed but never forgotten. She was loved by so many; her memory will never fade away. One day we will all meet up with her again and share eternal life together. May she rest in peace.
A remembrance open house will be held Sunday, May 4, 2013 at the Alden United Methodist Church from 3 – 6 pm. No flowers please.
