Milton Earl Pickard

Milton Earl Pickard, age 69 of Traverse City, Michigan, died March 3, 2012. Milton was born October 7, 1942 in Central Lake, Michigan, the son of Glen & Alice Pickard. Proud US Army Veteran, later retiring from Tower Automotive. There were three things that Milton's world revolved around... God, Country and Family! He was married to the love of his life, Eiko for 34 years. To his family he was truly "the whole package" Loving Father of: Michael (Becky) Reed, Patrick (Loretta) Reed, Phyllis Walton, LeRoy (Cheryl) Pickard, Christopher Pickard and Melissa (Jason) Fleck. Proud Grandfather of 21, Great Grandfather of 8. Dear Brother of Ruth, Ruby and Velma. Preceded in death by his parents and 7 brothers and sisters. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and loving family members. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, March 10, 2012 - 5:00 p.m. with visitation one hour prior at Church of the Living God, 1514 Birmley Road, Traverse City. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the family or VFW Cherryland Post.
