She was born in Gainesville, GA the daughter of the late E.E. Red and Bertie Jones Cantrell.
She was the owner of Ann's Cleaning Service and a member of the GA Realtors Association and the Retail Clerks Union.
Preceded in death by her parents, a son, John Segars and her brother Davis Cantrell.
Survivors include her former husband and best friend, David Segers of Snellville; her daughters and sons-in-law, Lillian Segars of Tallapoosa, GA, Venita Segars of Snellville, Genia (John) Underwood of Winston, GA, and Margaret (David) Martin of Temple, GA; her son and daughter-in-law, David (Belinda) Segars of Roanoke, AL; her brothers, Dewey (Betty) Cantrell of Gainesville, Douglas (Laura) Cantrell of Loganville, and Johnny (Diane) Cantrell of Woodstock; her 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
