Bonnie was a kind soul—steady, warm, and always there when you needed her. She loved gardening and spending time with family and friends. She will be remembered for her gentle spirit, her giving heart, and her love of flowers and babies.
She is survived by her son, Dennis Payne (wife Debra), and granddaughters Christy Vaccaro (husband Brent) and Laura Markert (husband Dave), and her great-grandchildren, Liam, Eli, and Leo.
She is also survived by her daughter, Denise Hames (husband Robert), and her grand-children Nicole Shapiro (husband Ben) and Andre Hames (wife Taylor), along with her great-grandchildren Ethan, Aiden, Lily, and Layla.
A service to celebrate her life will be held January 22 at 12 PM at Floral Hills Funeral Home in Tucker, GA. In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to the Alzheimer's Association or encourages acts of kindness in her honor.
