She was born in Conyers, GA, the daughter of the late David Arnold and Elah Stevens Whitaker.
Mrs. McWilliams worked for the Immigration Service as a Secretary.
She was a longtime member of Memorial Drive Presbyterian Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Tom H. McWilliams.
Survivors include her sisters, Betty Spain and Elah Doak both of Tucker, GA; her special caretaker, Robbie Almond of Douglasville; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 7, 2011 at 11 a.m. at the Memorial Drive Presbyterian Church with Rev. George Tetro officiating. Interment will follow in Fairview Memorial Gardens.
