So sad to hear his passing he was definitely one of my favorite buddies at the gym. We always were talking fishing and hunting and racing. 
We went to the fly fishing show a couple of years ago and that really opened up his eyes as he watched the professional casters display their greatness. What a pal! Although we never got to fish together as time took over like it does. 
I will see him again someday down at the river of golden trout.

Gosh, this is just horrible news. Harry was my neighbor and I often saw him at the gym. He always asked about my hunting and fishing. He gave me lots of hunting advice and we discussed the woods. I have been worried about him because I haven't seen him. My prayers to the family. He will be missed.

Harry and my husband Lee met at Equifax.  Their mutual love for the outdoors became a lifetime of adventures.  In the beginning we went on family camping trips around Georgia.  Overtime, they hunted and fished from the Florida Keys (Tarpon fishing) to Canada (moose hunt).  They both got one!  They had many funny stories to tell when they got back from a trip.  If they could combine fishing and hunting into a trip, well, that's what they called a "Sportsmans Holiday!" This doesn't scratch the surface of the great memories they made together.  Harry will be missed.  He was a true friend to our family.  I hope the family finds comfort during this difficult time.  I believe Harry and Lee are now having the ultimate Sportsmans Holiday! Harry, my husband, and I always enjoyed watching our grandson’s baseball games together.  PopPop, Grampie, and Mimee  sitting on the benches cheering for Andrew and his team.  Many times we were all at events our granddaughter, Sarah, was doing too.  I remember the great “fish fries” Harry would do at Mark and Holly’s house on the grill out on the driveway.  He really knew how to serve all that great fish he caught along with french fries, and cold slaw!  It was good times for sure!
Harry will be missed from our family. Unfortunately my husband passed away six months ago and I miss him terribly, but one thing I know for sure these two grandfathers are in Heaven….. probably fishing together.

My earliest memory of "Uncle Harry" was his sense of humor. As a kid, I always loved when he came to our house for Christmas, because the laughter never stopped. ("Would you like some coffee and donuts? ... Not that I have either of them, just wanted to know if you'd like some").  In later years, he took to gifting our family with venison from his fall hunting, so I would meet him for lunch at a halfway point. I always looked forward to those lunches and enjoyed reconnecting with him, hearing how his kids and their families were doing, hearing stories, laughing together. I will always remember his smile.
My prayers are with his family: that the comfort and love of God will surround them, that they will draw near to God at this time, and that He will smooth their path during this difficult time.

Harry or Haa—ry as I called him was a lifelong friend to our family and always a part of my life. I have so many memories of him teaching me about fishing & hunting and going camping with us when I was a kid. He always made us laugh and he was larger than life to me as a child. 
His nickname to us was Bear.
He was a wonderful friend to my Dad. They had so many adventures and good times! He was there in all the good times & tough times. They were always having fun together and truly like brothers. 
I’m so very sad to know he’s left us. I’m praying for peace for all his family. 
I hope he’s in heaven with Dad and they are hunting or fishing together again.

I met Harry through my brother Lee and always enjoyed the encounter. His humor and laugh was a pleasure. My prayers go out to his family during this difficult time. God bless y'all. Sincerely Steve Entrekin.
