Kenneth Michael Shultz, 66 of Tucker, died May 28, 2014 at his home after a lengthy illness. Ken was born to James and Barbara Shultz on July 10, 1947 in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He met the love of his life, Rosalie Flowers, while stationed in Landsthul, Germany with the US Army. Ken was a corpmen in the military and pursued medical work following his discharge from the service in 1968. He became a registered Respiratory Therapist in the 1970's and his career took him Colorado, Alabama, Texas and in 1982 to Atlanta. He was medically retired in 1997 following a diagnoses of multiple sclerosis. He managed to keep himself occupied with his many interests which included Civil War History, coin collecting and working on his computer. He is survived by his wife, Rosie, his children, Roger, Steven, and Robin McGaskey, his four grandchildren, Shelby, Savannah, Zachary, and Ivan, and his three sisters, Catherine Penn, Deborah Shultz, and Theresa Finney. Memorial Services will be held Sunday, June1, 2014 at 2pm with visitation held one hour prior at Floral Hills Funeral Home, Tucker, GA.
