Kevin Daniel Kilpatrick was born June 5, 2002 at Northside Hospital and grew up in Tucker, Georgia.
Kevin’s early years were filled with bedtime stories and songs, Thomas the Tank Engine, preschool, playdates, swim lessons, family gatherings, and church. He was baptized at Briarlake Baptist church on November 22, 2009.
Kevin attended Fernbank Elementary School and participated in Cub Scouts and Swim Team. He attended Sophia Academy for middle school where he developed a close group of friends that continued to be important to him after they parted ways to attend different high schools.
Kevin attended Tapestry Public Charter School for his high school years. He participated in Youth Group and continued to participate in Scouting, attending Jamboree in West Virginia and Sea Base in the Bahamas. He graduated from high school in 2020 and went on to attend Paul Mitchell Hair Beauty School for one year.
Kevin was responsible, conscientious, funny, and creative. He appreciated the beauty that others created with art and music, as well as the beauty of nature. His main creative outlet was Minecraft, with which he built intricate houses, farms, and villages.
Kevin loved to spend time with his friends, hanging out, laughing, being silly, and sharing life.
Kevin is survived by his parents, Jeff and Sally Kilpatrick; his siblings, Jessica Sauls, and James and Jerry Kilpatrick; his grandparents, Joe and Carole Kilpatrick; and a large extended family.
Kevin will be greatly missed and always remembered by his family and friends. We commend him into the arms of his Heavenly Father.
