Louise Hood, age 81, of Tucker, GA, passed away, Friday, November 29, 2013. Mrs. Hood is survived by her devoted and loving husband of 52 years, George B. Hood; niece, Tammy Dunston, of Loganville, GA; nephew, Michael Stamper, of San Clemente, CA.
Louise is a retired employee of the E.P.A. with the USA Government. Mrs. Hood was preceded in death by her parents and sister.
A celebration honoring the life of Mrs. Hood will be held on Friday, December 6, 2013, at 3:00 PM in the Chapel of Floral Hills Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Friday, December 6, 2013 from 12 noon until 3:00 PM in the visitation room of Floral Hills Funeral Home. The family has requested that in lieu of flowers that donations be made to Clairmont Presbyterian Church, 1994 Clairmont Rd, Decatur, GA 30033.
