He was born in Atlanta, the son of the late William H. and Lucille Denham Roberts.
Mr. Roberts was an Army Veteran.
He was plant manager for True Dimension Mfg.
Survivors include his wife of 63 yrs, Ruby Garrett Roberts; his niece and her husband, Kacie and Mark Gobbel; his nephews and their wives, Kery and Charlene Shipp, Kemper and Denise Shipp; 3 great nieces and 4 great nephews.
Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, Oct. 16, 2011 at 3 p.m. in the chapel of Floral Hills Funeral Home with Rev. Ken Fuller officiating. Interment will follow in Floral Hills Memory Gardens.
