Born April 13, 1910, celebrated her 102nd birthday this year, passed away on June 8, 2012. Her survivors include three step children, John M Porter of Presque Isles, MI, Todd S (Susan) Porter of Winston-Salem, NC, and Sarah Eutsey of Tucson, AZ, five step grandchildren, three step great grandchildren, plus many other loving relatives and friends. An active member of St Paul’s United Methodist Church, Lucile received numerous awards from various organizations including Pima Community Food Bank, Pima Council on Aging and TMM Family Services. She retired from teaching in Illinois and Tucson. Lucile will be greatly missed by all her friends at St Paul’s United Methodist Church and Amber Lights Retirement Community. Interment will be private but a memorial service will be held at TMM Family Services, 1550 N Country Club Rd, later in the summer.
