💔So very hard to believe that it has been a year since you were called home to be with the Lord.  This gaping whole in our hearts will never mend. You are missed, and loved so much by so many. I just heard today that Barb has passed away.  My heart weeps.  So many memories of Barb in our years in the ICU - Cardiac Intensive Services.  I've never known anyone who worked harder and had more focus for the care of patients.  Barb never lost her clinical skills during my years working with her, even as she attended to all the complex issues as our leader and administrator.  She would jump in and help in a crunch and had an absolute open door to her staff.  A special warm thought to you, Dr. Marco for all that Barb and you developed together as well as your love for each other.

Joe and Family,

Barb was an amazing woman. She was instrumental in bringing us both to Camp Lowell. She was an administrator who cared for all involved.  It’s so clear she touched so many people. We will forever appreciate everything she did for both of us. You are all in our thoughts and prayers. She will be loved, remembered and missed by so many. 

Barb left an indelible imprint on all those she interacted with. She is responsible for leading the effort in changing the delivery of healthcare to more sustainable and affordable structures. Her dedication, resilience and compassion will not be forgotten. Barb will be greatly missed. 

Barb was an amazing friend and leader.  It would always bring a smile to my face to see her.  I missed her when she was no longer working at the center and I still miss her to this day.

We are so sad to hear about Barb. She was a great friend, mentor, nurse, administrator, mother and grand mother. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her and cherished her as a friend. Heaven has gained another angel with a loving heart and soul. May God bless you and comfort you.

Barb wasn't just a great leader and boss, she was a great friend.  She wasn't a fan of having cats or dogs as pets when I knew her.  However, when I needed a home for my cat when I couldn't take him during a personal transition, she opened up her home and cared for him until I was at a place I could take him back.  As I sit here today with that cat happy on my lap I have Barb and Joe to thank. My deepest condolences to Joe and the entire family.  I am forever grateful!  Six Toes still misses the big litter box in your back yard!

I was hired by Barb when they had nowhere to seat me. She had so much faith in me at being the only one to handle medical records. She fought for her employees, and was always honest and upfront. Thank you for crossing my path. I am glad to have been a part of your life. Much love and respect to you ma'am. Rest in peace dear lady, you have enriched so many lives. I worked with Barb at TMC. She was one of best manager/director thatI have worked with in all of my 45 years of Nursing. She gave you the incentive to do your best always .  I had said to her once if I ever get called into her office  to meet with her  that I must have done something really wrong  and I would bring a cup of coffee and the want ads .  She just chuckled . 
    Barb had great compassion, and a great nurse. She  was someone to look up to and aspire to be like. Barb loved her family. She was a very giving and thoughtful person.
   Barb will be missed by us all that had the privilege of working with her. My prayers and thoughts with all of her family. She is another angel that will be looking over all of us

Barb, the heart of our family, our go to person for everything.  She was beautiful, intelligent, strong, loving, compassionate and so so much more.  One of a kind, a super role model.  I will always be grateful for such a wonderful sister.  She will never be forgotten and I will carry her always in my heart and thoughts as I strive to be more like her.
