Barbara Jean Nolting lived a life centered around love, family, and caring for others. Known for her gentle heart and generous spirit, Barb was someone who always put others first. Whether as a nurse or as a wife and mother, she gave her whole heart to everything she did.
Barb proudly became a registered nurse after earning her degree in nursing, a career that perfectly reflected her compassionate nature. She was a devoted wife to her husband, Brian, with whom she shared 47 years of love, laughter, and partnership.
Her greatest joy came from her family—her daughters, Kristin and Jamie, and her son, William, her sons-in-law, Matt and Reuben, her daughter-in-law Kinnari, and her grandchildren: Aria, Charles, Ryker, Matthew and Norell.
Barb cherished time spent traveling together, enjoying holiday gatherings, or simply being surrounded by those she loved. She also loved walking, hiking, and spending time at craft fairs. She found beauty in nature and in moments shared with her loved ones.
Her legacy is one of kindness, devotion, and a life well-lived in service to those she loved.
A Religious Ceremony will be held at Desert Rose Heather Cremation & Burial, 1040 North Columbus Blvd, Tucson, AZ 85711, US, on March 27, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
