Born in Agua Prieta, Sonora, Mexico on March 18, 1935 to Trinidad and Antonia Vasquez. She immigrated to Douglas, Arizona as a child and moved to Tucson after marrying in 1953.
Known for her incredibly open and generous heart, she truly saw the best in all of us.
She enjoyed dancing, crafting, dominoes and creating opportunities for her friends and family to gather.
She taught us to always love and to find ways to support and edify others.
Preceded to New Life by her husband Jose Luis Sarabia, her daughter, Celia Sarabia Hightower, her granddaughter Rylie Sarabia and her grandson Michael Sarabia.
She will live on in her sister Aurora Cruz, her children, Jose, Sandra, Terry, Juan and Michael Sarabia, her grandchildren Kristina, Sandra, Justin, Alex, Anthony, Macy, McKenna, Conor, Alexandria, Miles and Mia, as well as countless nieces, nephews, beloved relatives and friends.
Her rare and extraordinary presence will be missed until we are all called home.
