Fernando Alfonso Torres

TORRES, Fernando Alfonso age 45, left to the heavens Friday, July 15, 2016. From his birth on January 18, 1971 to his move on Friday, Fernando would bring a smile to everyone's face with his witty humor. Born in Agua Prieta Mexico to Silvia Varela as an only child. He participated in many activities as a boy; karate, music and basketball. His love for cars was endless, particularly Chevrolets. He worked in the industry his entire life. He moved to Tucson, AZ as a young man to seek better opportunities in life. There he married Claudia Valenzuela with whom he had three more children. He helped anyone who would approach him. He didn't hesitate to build for his family and children, and that's the legacy he leaves behind. Left to honor him, Claudia Valenzuela and his children, Marylin Mendivil, Fernando Torres, Adrian Nathaniel Valenzuela, Erika Adrianna Torres, Fernando Alfonso Torres, Jr., his grandchildren, Jaylyn, Angelik, Aubry, Avianna and Jayden; Goddaughter, Synthia Murray and his extended family, friends and strangers. He will be held at Southlawn, 5401 S. Park Ave., Tucson, AZ on Friday, July 22, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Following his viewing, he will be in Agua Prieta Sonora Saturday, July 23, 2016 to Funeraria Barragan and will be laid to rest Sunday, July 24, 2016.
