Ralph was born on September 23, 1939 in St Louis, Missouri, to Riley & Gertrude Kuhl.
He is survived by his loving wife, Beverly Rigsby, Daughters, Cassandra Moran (Earl), Lynda Blackwood (Joe), Janie Eaton-Adams & son Michael Tarr (Kelly). Grandchildren, Alexis Fortuna (Stephano), Devin Conklin (Kelsey), Felicity Tarr & Jordan Sanchez. Great Grandchildren, Mayer & Wren Conklin and Phoenix and Ember Fortuna He also has numerous nieces, nephews and cousins who loved him as well.
Ralph enjoyed reading, was an avid sports fan & entrepreneur. He had a very kind heart and quick wit and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him
