Frank M Cordova

Our family lost a very loving, caring and hard working man, a Husband, Dad, Tata, Great Tata, Brother, Tio and Friend.

From the age of eighteen Frank was employed by the Southern Pacific Railroad, where he retired. This job meant that he often worked hard, long hours and traveled with his family throughout beautiful southern Arizona. He settled with his family in the City of South Tucson where he and Jesusita Flores Cordova raised nine children (Frank Sr., Josie, Amelia, Emma, David, Alicia, Delia, Daniel, Diana).

Frank remarried and enjoyed his retirement with his wife Lucrecia, family and his dogs, especially “Amigo”.

Frank is preceded in death by his Father and Mother, Simon and Maria Reyes Alvarez Cordova, his Sons Frank and David Cordova, his Daughter Amelia Cordova. Frank is survived by his Wife Lucrecia Cordova, His Son Daniel (Marty) Cordova, Daughters, Josie, Emma, Alicia, Delia, Diana. Numerous Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren, extended family and friends.

Traditional all night vigil will be held on Monday, June 28, 2021 starting at 4 pm at Cristo Rey Catholic Church located on the Pascua Yaqui Reservation 7455 S. Camino Benem Tucson, AZ 85757. Funeral mass and Interment to follow all night vigil, Tuesday, June 29, 2021, 8:30 am at South Lawn Cemetery 5401 S. Park, Tucson, AZ 85706.
