Fred was born in Glenwood Springs Colorado on November 20, 1949. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Rebecca Slunaker (Hayes). Daughters, Stephanie Eileen Gill and Chelsea Sue Slunaker. Grandchildren, Johnathan Wayne Gill, Heather Eileen Gill, Amanda Gilliland, Fredrick Gilliland and Machala Gilliland and Great Grandson Jack Alonzo Lopez.
Fred grew up in Colorado with his dad, brothers and sisters enjoying the outdoors and family. Later in life he settled in Tucson Arizona with his wife Becky where he worked as a general contractor until he retired.
