Holly Joan Fox

Holly Joan Fox, nee Ginsburg, age 71, of Tucson, Arizona; beloved wife for 50 years of Stephen Fox; loving mother of Stacy (George) Ybarra; Alyse (Matthew) Townsend and Lesley (Michael) Finkel; proud grandmother of Jonathan, Hannah, David, Ella, Noah, Laurel and Elyssa. Sister of Jordan (Jenny) Ginsburg and Dale (Richard) Dziewiontkoski. She was preceded in death by her parents, Norman and Ella Ginsburg. She was a beloved aunt, friend and mentor to many.

Holly was a proud graduate of Mather High School and Northeastern Illinois University. Holly and Steve started their family in Skokie, Illinois before moving to Tucson, Arizona in 1979.

Holly was a devoted teacher at Chicago Public Schools, Anshei Israel Preschool and Religious School, Or Chadash and Tucson Unified School District. Over the years she trained and led numerous teacher in-service workshops focusing on classroom management.

Holly loved to cook and bake, but it was mostly about the joy of giving and sharing food with her loved ones, especially her husband and grandchildren. She was also a talented artist who focused on painting and mosaic works.

Holly was a strong, talented and loving lady who’s greatest joy was kvelling over her family. Holly will truly be missed by many.
