

Howard was considered by those who knew him as a friendly, kind and helpful man. He frequented many local businesses as well being a businessman himself: "HOWARDS" ENTERPRISES in Tucson, a multi service post-retirement company whose motto was "Christian Service With A Smile."
Howard also retired from ASARCO Copper Mine and was recognized for many years of employment with no lost time. He was a certified ambulance driver for ASARCO.
Howard retired from the UNITED STATES MARINE CORP having achieved the rank of MASTER GUNNERY SARGENT, enlisting at the age of seventeen. He fought in combat during several tours of duty. He received letters of appreciate signed by several mayors of the Ryuku Islands in Okinawa for his devotion to the economical and educational development of several cities and villages as well as his unreserved cooperation and immeasurable assistance in the land development project for meritorious accomplishment of the land grading job!
Howard has also served in many capacities at the various churches he attended during his lifetime.
Howard is preceded in death by his father JAMES ROBERT LORANTH FRASIER SR, his mother RUBY ALBERT NEW FRASIER and by his wife MARY ESTHER FRASIER. He is survived by his brothers JAMES ROBERT LORANTH FRASIER JR, and families, and by DOYL DANIEL FRASIER and families; by daughters KATHARINE FRASIER LITCHFIELD, and 2 children, 4 grand children, 1 great grand child and by JULIE FRAISER DURAN TAPIA, 2 children, 4 grand children; and by Mary's granddaughter MYSTI THOMAS, who assisted in the care of her grandmother Mary until her death in 2011 and who gave tireless effort and dedication to the care of her grandpa Howard until his death; and by Mysti's son TYLER THOMAS who was there to his great grandpa Howard as "my little buddy" and by Mary's four children, grandchildren and great grand children.
