Isabel L Gonzales

She was married to Joe A. Gonzales on August 3, 1946 who preceded her in death in July, 2001.

Her parents; Locadio and Francisca, son; Joe L. Gonzales, brother; Carlos Lopez, and sister; Emma Lopez, also preceded her in death.

She was survived by daughter Irene Edman and son Daniel (Joella) Gonzales, grandchildren; Edward (Kelly) Zakobielski, Richard Zakobielski, Derek Gonzales and Erika Gonzales. Great-grandchildren; Melina Mora, Andrew Gonzalez and Scott Zakobielski. Great-great grandchild; Ashton Gonzalez. Brothers; Richard Lopez, Edward (Ernestina) Lopez, sisters; Angelina (Joe) Olea, Inez Lespron, Mary (Rudy) Ruiz, Marylou Lopez and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and relatives.

During the 55 years she was married to Joe, Isabel enjoyed many vacations and cruises which included travelling throughout Hawaii, Europe, Mexico, Caribbean, South America and living in Quito, Ecuador for 2 years. Isabel had a passion for life and great strength to endure and overcome the many illnesses she faced throughout her 90 years of life. She had exquisite taste in interior decorating, fashion and loved to shop. She had many life-long friends whom she loved dearly.
