Jeannette Mary Estes, age 86, of Tucson, Arizona passed away on Wednesday, January 29, 2025. Jeannette was born in Wilmington, Delaware. She married William R. (Ted) Estes Jr., on July 2, 1956. Jean worked in the Goodwill Industries for 19 years and for Fry's Food Stores for 3 years. She was a surviving spouse of 3 time Wartime Veteran (Korea, Vietnam & Cold War). She had a passion for Native American History, and for arts & crafts.
She was preceded in death by her father Clarence J. Wyre, by her mother Mary V. Drummond, by her son Robert J. Estes, and by her husband William R. (Ted) Estes Jr.
She is survived by daughter Michelle Hammonds; by her son Mark Estes, by her sister Barbara Widger; her brother Ricky Drummond; by her brother James Wyre; by her grandchildren Sabastian Estes, Tianna Estes, Koralie Estes, Shane Hammonds and Shannen Hammonds; by her great grandchildren Addilyn, Breadon, Demitri, and Aleahna.
