Uncle Jeff was a warm and gentile soul. He words were always kind and encouraging. He is sorely missed and deeply loved. We will always remember him fondly.

I must have met Jeff when we were both still in high school - a long time ago!  Looking back, I remember him with a charming grin and a twinkle in his eye.  I know that Gay has a great photo of him in his Navy dress uniform.  THAT's the Jeff I remember!  I was terrible at keeping in touch, but in recent years tried to let him know he was one of my favorite Veterans.  Thank you, Jeff, for your service to our country and forever Rest in Peace.  Sending love to all the family. 

Jeff was always able to get you to crack a smile. 

He would often sneak little jokes in here and there and you often wouldn't catch them till it was almost to late to laugh.

I remember growing up he would try to get me to believe that cats like chewing gum. I could never tell if he was serious till I got older.

at Marshall Home for Men and Santa Rosa.
He really loved the cookies, candy, and
chocolate cupcakes that we brought to him.

My favorite memory of Jeff is the time
my ladies' group threw a Christmas Party
for the Marshall Home for Men.
We enjoyed giving Christmas presents
to all of the residents.
We visited with them, sang Christmas carols,
and of course, ate lots of sweet treats.
It was great spending time with Jeff.
His excitement and infectious smile
will be a memory I will always cherish.

I love my Uncle Jeff. He liked miniature things, sardines and coca cola. I can still hear his laugh. Seeing him smile was the best. I wanted to see him every holiday. He also had very impressive intuition. He asked my father if he had seen any tiger eye lately. He happened to have a polished piece of it in his pocket. Made his day.

I know it’s silly but one of my Favorite memories with Uncle Jeff that filled my heart with so much Joy was when I was little. He’d show me his collection of fun little toys in plastic bubbles he’d get from the quarter machine. He’d chat with me about each one and, a time or few he’d give me one to take home. I actually still have one I will cherish for as long as I can! I’ve had conversations with Uncle Jeff that made a lasting impression on me in so many ways, and Lots more laughs with him. The times spent with him were Always fun and good times. I will miss him but I know he is closer to me now than ever before! I Love you Uncle Jeff!!! 

Jeff was a brilliant writer and musician. We would all sit around singing along while he played the guitar, Blackbird (Beatles) and Stairway to Heaven (Led Zepplin) were a few favorites. He had an ear that he could hear the music then play.  Loved those nights under the stars in Tucson's beautiful cool nights. We were a group me, Terry, Pam and Jenny (many friends and family) camping, hiking, and just getting together for fun and holidays. He made sure to check on mom everyday and try to make her smile. He told wonderful stories made everyone laugh and had a good ear to listen and care what you might being going through. We will miss you brother and love you so much! May the Face of God show you how truly beautiful, and deeply and dearly loved, you are.






I always thought uncle Jeff should’ve had stock shares in Coca-Cola! He always had a can in hand, no matter the time of day or function.
Cheers to him from this day forward!

My brother was so handsome and so charismatic, that every girl and later, every woman that ever met Jeff, just fell in love with him. He was really special. I will miss him dearly.
