Jerry Lee Brei, born on August 11, 1948, was a beloved figure in the lives of his family and friends. He was the youngest of three boys and son to Hank and Bonnie Brei. Jerry spent his early childhood in Illinois, before making Arizona, his home for a significant portion of his life and later moving to Oregon.
Jerry was not only a loving father, brother, cousin, and friend but also a passionate musician and bassist. His musical talents brought joy to those around him and created lasting memories in the walls of Tucson’s very own, Buggy Wheel. Beyond his musical pursuits, he had a deep appreciation for the outdoors, finding solace in nature's beauty.
Throughout his career, Jerry worked as a dedicated power lineman, taking immense pride in his craft. He was a proud member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW), where he forged lasting connections with fellow lineman and contributed to the community through his work.
Jerry’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him, forever cherished for his warmth, talent, and the love he shared with his family and friends.
A memorial service will be held in Jerry’s honor at East Lawn Palms on Friday, November 3rd at 10am.
Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.eastlawnpalmsmortuary.com for the Brei family.
