Jesse was born and raised in Chicago, IL. He joined the United States Air Force in 1965. He had numerous deployments throughout his military career and served in the Vietnam War. In 1985, Technical Sergeant Rialmo retired from the military after 20 years of service and moved with his family to Tucson, AZ. He then worked as a mechanic for the City of Tucson for 22 years. After his retirement from the City of Tucson in 2011, Jesse joined El Pueblo Senior Center and volunteered in his community at Saint Vincent De Paul until the start of the COVID pandemic. Jesse lost his life to a hard-fought battle to cancer.
A rosary service for Jesse will be held Friday, June 17, 2022 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at St. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, 1946 E Lee St., Tucson, AZ 85719. A funeral service will occur Friday, June 17, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 1946 S Lee Street, Tucson, AZ 85719. A visitation will occur Friday, June 17, 2022 from 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM at Funeraria del Angel South Lawn, 5401 South Park Ave, Tucson, AZ 85706. A reception will occur Friday, June 17, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM at El Pueblo Center, 101 W. Irvington Rd., Tucson, AZ 85714.
