Jordan Joseph Zirkle

Jordan Joseph Zirkle, born August 15, 1975, in Tucson, passed away unexpectedly on October 2, 2025, in Medford, Oregon. He graduated from Sabino High School in 1994. Jordan enjoyed collecting baseball cards and comic books. For a short period of time, he had a small business buying and selling comic books on eBay while he was living in Oregon. His love of the outdoors began in Tucson hiking in Sabino Canyon. He continued hiking and camping in Oregon and Idaho. Though he was quiet, once you got to know him you discovered his great sense of humor. Jordan had a kind heart and loved his animals, especially his dogs, Scruffy and Whisper.

Jordan is preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents and by his father, Raymond Douglas Zirkle. He is survived by his mother Jo Ann Zirkle, his brother Brandon (Brandy) Zirkle, his niece Taylor, and nephew, Carter Zirkle. Jordan was very much loved by his Aunt Marilyn Hunter (Bob) as well as by many cousins in a large extended family in Arizona, Kansas, Maryland, and Indiana.

A funeral mass and reception will be held on January 10, 2026, at 10:30 AM at St. Thomas the Apostle Parish in Tucson. Private interment will take place at a later date. Donations in his memory may be made to your favorite charity.
