Keith (Red) was an outgoing , opinionated, great guy, always willing to help others and made things extra interesting when he and Alice held our church small group studies at their home.  He was a joke teller and he sometimes had a way of challenging us in group to have more  in depth conversations at our group.  He was my neighbor, friend and I am sure he is still missed by many.  I know he is with the Lord and that is a comforting thought as we shall see Red again.

Red will be sorely missed as the holidays come, he was the life of many gatherings at his and Alice's home.  It will not only be his "silliness" that is missed however, his great skill at making the Thanksgiving turkey in his smoker will be missed as well.  To my friend Alice, we all will miss him as we know you are as well.  

I was so sad to hear about the passing of Keith last year.  I first met him when he came to my house to fix my irrigation system.  He was kind, very funny, always telling me jokes.  Whenever I had an emergency, I knew I could count on him to help me.  Always friendly and willing to lend a hand.  May he rest in piece.

You were not just my friend since 1991 but my FAMILY.
Who can forget your warm comforting smile and character? I worked for you and you also worked for me together in our common businesses. I'll miss greatly all our outdoor camping trips together. You guys made sure I had birthdays, Christmas, and other holiday celebrations throughout these many years of your adoption of me that I'll never ever forget. It saddens me and breaks my heart that I couldn't attend your funeral my dear brother in Christ but I'll see you again soon nuff at those beautiful gates in our eternal home in heaven. Can't wait for another animated story or joke from you .

Oh Redley.
What a shock.  I fully expected you to beat this. As a larger than life man my prayer was for your full recovery and your return to us.  When God made you He broke the mold.  I will miss the endless tellings of the same story/ joke.  You always had an easy smile & a genuine laugh.  Shabbat won’t be the same without you.  Christmas at your house was always an unexpected blessing.  Your kindness will always be remembered & appreciated.  I’m proud to call you my friend.  You will be missed brother.

EVERY TIME WE DROPPED OFF DONATIONS FOR THE VETS,  RED WAS ALWAYS THERE TO HELP AND CHAT.  HE WAS INVITED TO OUR BIRTHDAY LUNCH BUT HAD TO CANCEL BECAUSE OF ILLNESS.  
WE WILL ALWAYS HAVE FOND MEMORIES OF "RED" A CONGENIAL FRIEND.  
OUR HEARTFELT CONDOLENCES GO TO OUR DEAR FRIEND ALICE.  WE PRAY SHE HAS FULLLY RECOVERED FROM HER. ILLNESS.

"Red" Demand, the best neighbor ever.  Always willing to lend a hand if asked.  He was a great guy at any function, I remember his great barbeques, especially introducing to me for the first time, to smoked turkey!  He was a joker, a story teller, an spicy addition to our bible studies and a all around great guy.  He will be sorely missed by his family and the all the grandchildren as well as many in the neighborhood.  It is hard to think of friends who pass unexpectedly, but knowing that Red was washed in the blood of Jesus and is with him now gives great comfort.  We shall see you soon Red!
