Larry James Bender

Larry "LB" Bender went to be with the Lord October 17, 2023, peacefully, with his family by his side. Larry is survived by his wife of fifty years, Beverly; son, Jeffery (Cathleen); grandchildren, Drew and Payton; sister, Linda; brothers, Gary and Darryl; stepmother, Phyllis and numerous extended family and friends.

Larry was born October 13, 1948, in Oak Hill, West Virginia. He proudly served 22 years in the US Air Force as a Senior Master Sergeant. After making Arizona his home, he went on to become a highly successful Real Estate Agent/Broker.

Larry was faithfully dedicated to doing the Lord's work. He was committed to touching as many lives as possible through his fellowship. Larry's greatest joy was helping others understand the love, joy, and peace that comes with knowing the Lord.

Anyone that knew Larry, knew of his love for classic cars, especially the T-birds. Throughout their years together, Larry and Beverly enjoyed traveling the world and spending time with family and friends. Those that knew Larry knew his gift for gab and rarely got a word in edgewise.

There is no other like Larry Bender. He was loved by so many and will be greatly missed.

There was a lot of love between Larry and the family's pet morkie, Sammy.

A graveside service for Larry will be held Wednesday, October 25, 2023, from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at East Lawn Palms Cemetery, 5801 East Grant Road, Tucson, AZ 85712.
