

Laszlo was preceded in death by father, Laszlo; mother, Charlotte; and sister, Csilla Dudas.
Laszlo is survived by his spouse, Cassandra(Lord), his sons, Tristan(Jennifer) and Shannon Dudas, and daughter, Tara Amy; grandchildren: Lucas(Sandra), Halie, Jasmyne, Nicholas, and Noah Dudas.
Laszlo is also survived by his brother, Frank(Susan), Connecticut.
Las’ full name is Laszlo Sandor Towneley Dudas - the Towneley honors the British officer who was second in command of the refugee camp in Germany where the boys were born and the family lived for 6 years following the end of the 2nd World War. Their journey to the United States began on Nov. 1951, crossing the Atlantic in a converted troop ship, the General Ballou. They came through Ellis Island, lived 9 months in Cleveland, Ohio, 3 years in Henderson, Nevada, then moved to Anaconda, Montana. Las attended Catholic elementary and high school in Anaconda before moving to Bozeman where he completed his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Electronics at Montana State University in 1971. After graduating he moved to Tucson to work at Hughes Aerospace Co. and relocated with them to Southern California. He met his future wife, Cassandra(Sandy Lord) in Hermosa Beach in 1972. They began their life of adventure by moving to the Rocky Mountains of Colorado In 1974, to marry in Allenspark, at 9000 ft elevation. Subsequent years saw them living in Boulder, Colorado and Beaverton, Oregon before moving to Tucson in 1982.
Although retired at the time of his death, Las worked 30 years at Dataforth in Tucson.
He loved his family, his faith, skiing, camping, hiking, rock climbing, music, wood-working, electronic projects and his work. He loved life!
He died after a battle with colon cancer.
He will be missed.
