He was predeceased by his 1st wife, Alice Niven, May 1996, his mother Janet, his brother Claire “Bud” Niven, and his sister Madeline.
Lorne will be lovingly remembered by his 2nd wife Gladys Lindstrand; daughters Lorna Niven and Mary Heidemann; brothers Bob Blades and Jim Blades; sons & daughters through his 2nd marriage Dave (Sheila) Lindstrand, Roger (Nikki) Lindstrand, Al & Bet, Cheryl and Brian Lindstrand; nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends too numerous to count.
