Luigi was born in Brooklyn, New York. Then in the 1950’s, he moved to East Islip Long Island. It was there that he met the love of his life, Roseanne. The two were married in September of 1956 and shared 69 wonderful years together. They built their life in East Islip, where they raised their family and created countless memories.
In the late 1970s, Luigi and his family relocated to Tucson, Arizona, where he began a new chapter in his professional life. He started a career in land surveying and, through hard work and dedication, quickly rose to become Vice President of a local civil engineering firm.
Luigi had a deep appreciation for the simple things; he loved Western movies and television shows—especially anything starring John Wayne—and could often be found listening to the timeless songs of Frank Sinatra.
His proudest accomplishment was the strong, loving family he helped build and the values he instilled in them.
Luigi is survived by his beloved wife of 69 years, Roseanne; his children Jenifer (Randy), Debra (Dan), and Patrick (Kristy); his grandchildren Jeremy, Jimmy, Brent, Payton, Dani, Patrick, and Bryce; and his great-grandchildren Linda, Teddy, Scottie, and Addison.
He will be remembered for his devotion, his warmth, and enduring legacy of love for his entire family.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made in Luigi’s memory to the Alzheimer’s Association.
