Manuel M. Madrid, 88, passed away peacefully surrounded by his children on May 4, 2020. A true gem has left this life to be with his soul mate in eternity. He will always and forever be missed. We have a hole in our hearts but are thankful for having had his presence in our lives and for all the love, support, faith, and kindness that he gave us.
He is preceded in death by his loving wife Grace Madrid, son-in-law Raul Gamez Jr., grandson Eric Macedo, parents Romualdo and Julia Madrid, sisters Epifania Mendivil and Jesse Meza, brothers Frank Madrid, Ramon Madrid, Carlos Madrid and Anselmo Madrid.
He leaves behind his children Corie Madrid, Sara Gamez, Romualdo (Nina) Madrid. Grandchildren Crystal (Jimmy) Bush, Ilyssa (Marvin) Beckwith, Tessy (Ramon) Aruffe, Sean Madrid, Manny Madrid, Iliana Madrid and Charity (Nary) Madrid-Torres. Great Grandchildren Nevaeh Lucero Bush, Jacob Bush, Jordyn Beckwith, Ava Aruffe, Ayla Aruffe and Ramon Aruffe Jr., and countless family members and friends.
Services will be held on Friday, May 15, 2020 at St. Margaret’s Church. Interment to follow at Holy Hope Cemetery. Services will be live streamed.
