Born Nov 19th 1924 Mildred Elizabeth Traynor in Morenci, AZ. Father Thomas Owen Traynor Sr. Mother Annie Traynor. Moved to Mule Creek, NM. As young child she attended 1st through 8th grade in Mule Creek. Married a young cowboy Delbert Zumwalt at 17 and started a family while living and working on a ranch. She spent the next 10 years living and working in Arizona and New Mexico. In 1953 she married Herschel (Eddy) Edwards. Mildred and extended family moved to Tucson in 1957, and remained for 58 years. Employers included IBM, General Electric, Cliff Valley Golf, and Tucson General Hospital. She loved country western music, and dancing, family get togethers, and reunions. She was a loving mother and daughter who cared for her aging mother for more than 10 years. Preceded in death by her parents. Brother Pat, Tom, and Myrl, her grandchildren Robbie Zumwalt, Jim and Jennifer Lieurance. She is survived by Son Robert Zumwalt (Donna), Daughter Karen Lieurance(Jim) grandchildren Fanny, and Rowan, three great grandchildren, sister Margaret Chapman, brother Bill and John, sister in law Barbara, Faye and Marilyn, many nieces and nephews.
