On March 29th, 2016, Nicholas Accordino loving husband and father, passed away quietly in his sleep at the age of 98. His artistic love for woodworking was his passion, and his love for life even greater. He will be missed by all that knew and loved him. He's seen the world change, and the world is a better place because he was in it. Preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and a brother, survived by his wife Sabrina, his children Barry (Virginia), David (Vickie), Kitty (Paul Montano), 6 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. Known as the "Norman Rockwell" of woodcarving, he was admired for his talents and abilities to create masterpiece sculptures in a single block of wood. He also was an avid brick layer, that raised many Tucson structures from the ground up. In lieu of flowers, donations being taken for the Missionaries of the Eucharistic Love.
