

It is never easy to say goodbye to someone who has been a part of our lives. When that person is gone it leaves a hole in our heart where she used to be. That is what many of us are feeling today. We are all here united as family and friends not only to pay our respects to our beloved Norma Zavalza, but rather to have a celebration of life in her honor.
Norma Alicia Zavalza Moreno was born 1/20/1953 and surrendered he body and soul to Jesus Christ on 1/28/2024. Just 8 days after her 71st birthday. She is survived by her devoted husband of 51 years Abraham Zavalza, who stood by her at every moment of her journey, and Their sons Jesus & Angel Zavalza. Norma was a grandmother of 15 and a Great-Grandma to 4.
Norma A. "pipi" Zavalza joins in the glory of God; Her parents Guillermo Moreno & Mercedes Figueroa, her child; Natividad Andrez Zavalza and grandchild.
As a catholic, she was blessed to have transitioned on a Sunday! Resurrection Day!
Some of you know Norma A. Zavalza "Pipi" better than others. However, everyone here has gathered from near and far to honor the impact that she had in our lives. In this difficult time, it is important to remember the memories we all have of her. By holding onto those memories, we can help each other find comfort in this difficult time. Her joy of life transmitted whenever you saw her smile and the sparkle in those unforgettable eyes.
Norma A Zavalza was and will continue to be loved by everyone.
A funeral service for Norma will be held Saturday, February 10, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel South Lawn, 5401 South Park Ave, Tucson, AZ 85706. Following the funeral service will be a committal service from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at Funeraria Del Angel South Lawn, 5401 S. Park Ave., Tucson, AZ 85706.
