Sorry to hear the loss of an amazing man. Rashid took care of my mom’s thyroid in the 70s and became a great friend to my parents RV and Jean Powell. 

His family was always so kind and fun to be with and they always made our family feel as part of theirs.

I have been reaching out to him for weeks now. And he's feeling something bad had happened since I had not heard back. I am so saddened by his loss. He was such a good friend and neighbor and loves to come and hang out with us and our horses. We will miss him greatly!!

I’m so very sorry for your loss. Dr. Khan was so dedicated to his profession and to his family. I will always remember the fun times we had in the OR.  His sense of humor and his generosity to the staff at St Mary’s are wonderful memories for so many of us.

My deepest condolences to the Khan family on Rashid’s passing.  I will always appreciate his friendship and inclusiveness when I began working in Tucson 30 years ago. I will also cherish the lessons of life balance he shared with me. I have a vivid memory of our last ride on our horses together through the CDO wash and how his eyes were sparkling with joy at the peace and contentment of that moment.   Until we meet again my dear Rashid.

My condolences to the family of Dr. Rashid Khan. I loved working with him in the OR and I've often thought of him over the years. Rest in peace Rashid, and my heart goes to his loved ones.
