Rose Adela Uribe, age 78, of Tucson, Arizona passed away on Friday, February 28, 2025. Rose was born on September 8, 1946 in Tucson, Luis and Carlota Ortiz. Rose spent her life in Tucson, and in turn raised her own family here. She graduated from Pueblo High School, and went on to work as a services coordinator for the city.
Rose met and married her beloved husband Marcos Uribe, on January 28th, 1972. He precedes her in passing, and they are survived by their daughters Karla Uribe and Julissa Uribe, their son Marcos Uribe, grandson Marcos Uribe, and granddaughter Samantha Rodgers.
A memorial service and rosary for Rose will be held Friday, March 28, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 PM at Funeraria del Angel South Lawn, 5401 South Park Ave, Tucson, AZ 85706. Following the memorial service and rosary will be a committal and placement from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at South Lawn Cemetery.
