Sandy was born and raised in Duluth, Minnesota and was a Denfeld grad. She graduated cum laude with a degree in education from the University of Minnesota, Duluth. She taught third grade at Bay View Heights in Proctor, MN. Sandy married the love of her life, Thomas Cloutier in 1968.
Sandy was a successful business owner (Allison's Hallmark) for over 42 years. She loved going to work every day to see her customers and find them the perfect card for whatever occasion. She enjoyed travelling, baton twirling, clogging, and dancing with her husband.
Sandy was preceded in death by her parents Henry & Violet Stark, brother Lawrence “Bud” & Marlyn Stark, and son-in-law John Grabo. She is survived by her husband Thomas of 55 years, daughter Kirsten, son Kevin & Katy, and grandchildren Brayden and Beckett.
