She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Alice Connolly; her brothers and sisters, Edward Connolly, Alice (Bob) Garand, John (Judy)Connolly, Irene Connolly, Joe (Ronnie) Connolly, and Kathleen Miller. Therese is survived by her brother Walter Connolly and thirty- five nieces and nephews.
Therese was a graduate of Aquinas High School in Chicago. After high school Therese joined the Dominican Sisters where she went to a junior college and began teaching in Kentucky, then West Virginia and later in Illinois.
Therese went on to graduate from Siena College with her Bachelor of Arts degree and later earned her Master of Arts degree at Northeastern Illinois University. Therese really enjoyed teaching, counseling and made an impact on others throughout her life. Therese spent many years in the Chicago area close to her extended family, before retiring to Tucson to join her siblings for an additional 27 years.
