He was born in New Orleans on June 11, 1952. Wally graduated from Clark in New Orleans and received a Political Science degree from University of Arizona.
He married Yvonne Brumfield on June 11, 1979. Wally had a career at Tucson Electric and Power for 38 years. He had a passion for playing and coaching football.
He is survived by his wife; daughter Rasheedah Brumfield; grandchildren Imani Robinson, Endia Walden, and Cameron Alvarez; siblings Ronald Brumfield (Lois) and Rose Lockheart; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be at 11:00am, on March 18, at Grace Temple Baptist Church. Visitation will be at 10:00 am until the service. Cremation to follow service.
